This initiative will benefit students from both government-aided and non-aided Sanskrit secondary schools.
How to Apply for the Scholarship?
Students can now apply for scholarships through the official portal: https://scholarship.up.gov.in. This digital platform will streamline the application process, making it easier for eligible students to access financial support for their education.

To ensure smooth implementation of this new system, all schools and colleges are required to submit the following details:
- Class-wise student count
- Name of the institution
- Principal's name
- Mobile number
- Email ID
This information must be sent in MS Word format to the email address desanskrit@gmail.com or via WhatsApp to 9140043806.

DIOS Yadav explained that this directive came after a meeting with the Senior Director (IT) at NIC Lucknow on June 6, 2025. The primary goal is to integrate Sanskrit education with the digital scholarship portal and provide benefits to more students through a transparent system.
